Shah Finlease Private Limted and was subsequently converted into public limited company in terms of special resolution passed at Extraordinary general meeting of the company held on 2nd March 1995. The name of company is changed to Abhishek Finlease Limted with effect from 27th March 1995 in terms of the special resolution passed at extraordinary general meeting of the company held on 6th March 1995.
