Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂAccord Transformer & Switchgear Private Limited as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with a Certificate of Incorporation dated June 20, 2014, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on October 22, 2024, and the name of our Company was changed from ÂAccord Transformer & Switchgear Private Limited to ÂAccord Transformer & Switchgear LimitedÂ. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar, on December 4, 2024. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U31500HR2014PLC052544.
