Our Company was incorporated as ‘Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated December 17, 2014, issued by the RoC. Thereafter, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on November 24, 2023, and the name of our Company was changed to ‘Awfis Space Solutions Limited’, with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 5, 2023, issued to our Company by the RoC.

Major events and milestones:

2015

-Inaugurated our 1st center in New Delhi and commenced operations in Mumbai and Bangalore

2016

-Commenced operations in Gurgaon

-Launched our mobile application - “Awfis Coworking”

-Signed our 1st managed aggregation deal for a center in Mumbai

2017

-Secured Equity Investment worth ? 1,220 million from Peak XV

-Commenced operations in Hyderabad, Pune, Noida and Kolkata

2018

-Commenced operations in Chandigarh - 1st Awfis center in a Tier-2 City

2019

-Procured Funding worth ~? 90 crore from Bisque Limited and Link Investment Trust

2020

-Launched our design and build solutions business line - Awfis Transform

-Launched our property and facility management services business line - Awfis Care

-Commenced operations in Chennai - marking our presence in 10 cities

-Launched our 1st Awfis Gold center in Hyderabad

2021

-Commenced operations in Ahmedabad and Indore

-Launch of landmark 100th center in Pune

-Our Company became EBITDA positive for Fiscal 2021

2022

-Commenced operations in Bhubaneshwar, Jaipur and Kochi

-Signed agreements for our 25th center each in Mumbai and Bangalore.

2023

-Commenced operations in Nagpur

-Crossed landmark of 100,000 total seats (operational + under fit-out), with over 160 total centres and over 5 million sq. ft. of total chargeable area

2024

-The Company Crossed landmark of 112,000 total seats (operational + under fit-out), with over 180 total centres and over 5.60 million sq. ft. of total chargeable area

2025

-Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has unveiled an industry report titled “India Rising – Charting the Managed Office Growth Trajectory”, developed in collaboration with Anarock Research & Advisory.
