Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂBehari Lal Ispat Private LimitedÂ, at Jalandhar, Punjab as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 and received a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, H.P. & Chandigarh on May 23, 1995. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂBehari Lal Engineering Private Limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on August 5, 2024, and a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on September 4, 2024. Thereafter, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the Shareholders of our Company passed in their meeting on August 5, 2024, and the name of our Company was changed to its present name ÂBehari Lal Engineering LimitedÂ, pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on September 21, 2024.

2015
- Commenced sale of non alloy steel rounds
- Installed vacuum degassing at Manufacturing Facility 1.
2017
- Commissioned no bake sand system at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- Installed 183 kw rooftop solar pv plant at Manufacturing Facility 1.
2019
- Installation of Induction Melting Furnace at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- Commissioned first CNC lathe machine at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- First dispatch of metal rolls to public sector undertaking.
2020
- First export of steel casting to Finland
2021
- Commissioned short blast machine at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- Installed second rooftop solar pv plant at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- Commissioned Heat Treatment Furnace with Water Quenching
2024
- Received One Star Export House Export House Status by Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
- Installed a new melting furnace with a capacity of 12 MT at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- Amalgamation of Belco Special Steels Private Limited, Parkash Multimetals Private Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors with our Company pursuant Scheme of Amalgamation.
2025
- Installed a heat treatment furnace of 150 MT capacity at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- Installed 641.70 kw rooftop solar power plant at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- Installed elemental analyser at Manufacturing Facility 1.
- Commissioned CNC lathe machine (1500 x 6000) at Manufacturing Facility 1.
