Further pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on dated June 15,2015 the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the status of the Company was changed to "Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 31, 2015 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan.The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U17124RJ1996PLC011522.

2020

The Company has executed a Long term leasing agreement for a new plant situated at G-1, 273, 274, EPIP, Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, effective from January 01, 2021. This plant will lead to a capacity addition of approximately 30% of the company's existing capacity thereby taking the total production capacity to approximately 10Mn Units (valued at Rs 400 Crores).

The leasing of this plant will help the Company in attaining leadership position in its market segments.

2024

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 1:6 at a premium of Rs. 251 per share.
