Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂCarver Welding Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 04, 2009, Further name of ÂCarver Welding Private Limited was changed to ÂCarver Roboweld Private Limited pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated May 23, 2025 issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Thereafter, pursuant to the conversion of the Company from a private limited company to a public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to ÂCarver Roboweld LimitedÂ, in accordance with a Shareholders resolution dated June 03, 2025. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion and change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, on June 16, 2025.

2025
- Shifting of the manufacturing Unit from Kothariya to Bamanbore, Rajkot in line with the proposed expansion.
- Change in name from Carver Welding Private Limited to Carver Roboweld Private Limited
- Converted into a public limited company and consequently changed its name to ÂCarver Roboweld LimitedÂ.
- Received ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for manufacturing of Welding Electrodes and Metal Cored Wires.
- Received ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for Sales of Welding Consumables like Welding Electrodes and Metal Cored Wires.
- Received Certificate of Membership for Sustaining Corporate Member from American Welding Society.
- Our Company has acquired the Shares of Carver Engineering Private Limited, vide Share Sale and Transfer Agreement dated September 26, 2025 entered between our company and Ranjit Chandrabhai Bose, Rajit Chandra Bose, Tulsikumari Chandrabhai Bose, Deval Ranjitbhai Bose, Carver Engineering Private Limited.
