2005

2006

- is engaged in the manufacturing of automotive components with a special focus of manufacturing a variety of iron castings. The company has two manufacturing units located at Gurgaon in Haryana and Bhiwadi in Rajasthan.

-Amtek India Limited has informed that Ms. Sangeeta Mehta has joined the Company as Company Secretary in place of Mr. Rajendra Singh Bedi. Henceforth Ms. Sangeeta Mehta will act as Compliance Officer of the Company.

-The Company has changed its name from Amtek India Ltd to Castex Technologies Ltd.
