The Company was originally incorporated on December 23, 1997 as “Dev Information Technology Private Limited” vide Registration no. 033479 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with Nagar Haveli. Further, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders, at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 06, 2017 the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently name of Company was changed to Dev Information Technology Limited. A fresh Certificate of incorporation pursuant to the change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on February 17, 2017.
