The company, originally named M/s ÂEPW India Private Limited at Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, vide Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U72900TG2021PTC150671 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated 16.04.2021, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. In 2024, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on 25.11.2024, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued in the name of ÂEPW India Limited dated 26.12.2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

- Received Certificate of Appreciation.
- Received Consent for Operation Certificate from Telangana Pollution Control Board.
- Started operations at our new facility in Telangana, India, spread across 4,500 square feet
