-Gandhinagar Hotels Limited Sings MoU with Gujarat Government (Urban Development Dept.) to Establish 5-Star Hotel Along With Club

2012

-The Ministry of Tourism, (HRACC) Government of India, has upwardly revised the star category of Gandhinagar 's Hotel "Fortune Inn Haveli" from "3 Star" to "4 Star" for a period of 5 years.

2015

-The Company has been changed their name of the company from "GANDHINAGAR HOTELS LTD" to "GANDHINAGAR ENTERPRISE LIMITED" has been approved by the office of the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad w.e.f. April 30, 2015.
