The Company was incorporated as Private Limited Company on 17th May, 1990. The Company was converted into deemed Public Limited Company on 31.03.1992 under Section 43A (1A) and became a full fledged Public Limited Company vide special Resolution passed at the extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on October 8. 1994 whereby new
set of Articles were adopted wherein restrictions under Section3(1)(iii) of the Companies Act, 1956 were deleted.

The company commenced operations since incorporation i.e. 17/5/90. The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Ajay Goyal and Smt. Vandana Goyal. Due to personal reasons and other occupations of the directors at various times, a change in directorship was considered necessary.

The Main business of the Company at present is Leasing, Investment and Corporate Advisory Services.

Leasing is the thrust area in which the Company has major stake. The items leased out by the Company include Vehicles, Lorries, Motor Cars, Machineries including power Presses, Boilers. Blast Furnaces and consumer durables etc.

Share Market Operations are in the form of Secondary Market Operations, Buying and Selling of Shares through Stock Exchange.

Corporate Advisory services are related to Loan Syndication, Promoters funding, Project Financing, Project Appraisal and Term Loan Sanctions with the Financial Institutions.

The company started the leasing and investment business since its incorporation in 1990. It started with leasing of consumer durables like black & white televisions, refrigerators, colour television sets, stereo system, V.C.R.s and other electronic items. A year later the company started leasing of vehicles. commercial and personal and enter into machinery leasing to various clients. Investment consists mainly of Share Market Operations in the form of Secondary Market Operations,Buying and selling of Shares through Stock Exchange.

The company made its entry into Corporate Advisory Services in 1992. this relates to loan syndication, promoters funding. project financing, project appraisal and term loan sanctions with financial institutions. The company is successfully doing the said business.
