1998

-Company was incorporated on 9th September 1998 under the Companies Act, 1956 as Haryana Engineering Private Ltd.

2006
-The company was converted into public limited company from 3rd February 2006.
-Name of the company was changed to Haryana Capfin Limited from 9th August 2006.

2007
-Equity shares of Haryana Capfin Ltd were listed to dealings on the exchange in the list of 'B1' group securities that effective from 11th June 11 2007.
-Mr. M M Mittal was reappointed as director of the company.

2009
- Haryana Capfin Ltd has appointed Shri. K K Khandelwal as Additional Director of the Company.

2012
