- Hazoor Media & Power Ltd has informed that Mr. K G Purohit, the Director of the Company who was nominated by the promoter Company M/s. Eaugu Udyog Ltd as a Director on the Board of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. October 26, 2006, since the promoter Company has withdrawn his nomination consequent to change in the core activity of the Company from 'Media' to 'Real Estate'.
