The Company was incorporated as Public Limited Company on 25th June, 2009, under the name and style of KALYANI INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation bearing CIN U65993PN2009PLC134196 in the State of Maharashtra, to house undertaking of the ÂInvestment Division of the Demerged Company and ÂUndertakings of Chakrapani, Surajmukhi and Gladiolla. The name of the Company has not been changed since incorporation till date.
