Kamadgiri Synthetics Ltd was incorporated as a Ltd. Company under the Companies Act in the State of Maharashtra on 4th February 1987.

The Company has been promoted by Mr Pradip Kumar Goenka, Mr Lalit Kumar Goenka & Vijay Kumar Goenka.

At present the company is engaged in the manufacture, sales and exports of synthetic fabrics. The company commenced operation in 1987. The company has an installed capacity to produce upto 21 lacs metres by Grey Fabrics per annum. The company proposes to increase its weaving capacity from the existing 20.75 lac mtrs per annum to 29.05 lac mtrs per annum and to set up a spinning unit with capacity of 360 MT per annum.

The company plans to go for an expansion with a project to install 6 Nos. SOMET MASTER (Thema II) Double Width Rapier Weaving Machines and 2 Nos. Air Jet Spinners. The expansion will result in the company's installed weaving capacity increasing to 29.05 lac metres per/annum from the existing 20.75 lac metres/per annum and creation of installed spinning capacity of 360 MT per annum.

The company is now launching its own brand name `True Value' for its suiting fabrics.

The company has no subsidiary.

The group companies of Kamadgiri Synthetics Ltd is Jagruti Synthetics Ltd. The company is engaged in activity of commission agent and trading in P/U yarn and fabrics.

Anandeep Consultancy Pvt Ltd :- The company is presently engaged in finance related consultancy and investment in shares and securities.

Kamadgiri Polyspin Ltd :- The company was incorporation February 7, 1992. The company manufactures synthetic yarn and is yet to commence operations.

In 1995, the company launched "true value" value for money suiting which has established its identity well in the market. It is exported to Middle East, South East Asia & Africa & is competing with leading brands of the world in the export market.

1996-97:
The backward integration prorgamme for manufacturing spun yarn to be consumed captively has shown phenominal growth.

During the year, the company's exports stood at Rs 821.48 lakhs, up from Rs 443.43 lakhs in 1996, an increase of 85.26%.

2008

-Kamadgiri Synthetics Ltd has appointed Mr. Madhusudan Singrodia as an additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. July 15, 2008.

2010

-Company has changed its name from Kamadgiri Synthetics Ltd. to Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd.

2011

-Company has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) Per equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each

2012

-Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share of Rs.10.

2014

-Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share of Rs. 10.

2022

-The Company collaboration with Swiss Technology firm Heiq Vroblock to manufacture reusable face cover.
