The company was incorporated on 15th May, 1972 in Uttar Pradesh.
The Company manufacturing corrugating medium (also called
fluting medium) used for the manufacture of corrugated boards
and boxes.

The company was promoted by Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd.
During 1988-89 the overall working improved significantly on
account of higher production and better realisation. Sales
increased compared to the previous year.

The company is planning to enhance the existing Machine capacity
to 80 PPD by introducing of State of the art technology in Pulp
& Paper.

2003

-DSM Agro Products Ltd has inform that the Board of Directors has decided in their meeting held on December 24, 2003 have considered and approved delisting of equity shares of company from Kanpur & Delhi Stock Exchanges, subject to the approval of the members in the AGM to be held on March 30, 2004.

2007

-Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Bhatnagar has been appointed as Whole Time Director of the company with effect from March 31, 2007.

2008

-Company name has been changed from DSM Agro Products Ltd to Dhampur Sugar (Kashipur) Ltd.

-once again Company has changed its name from Dhampur Sugar (Kashipur) Ltd. to Kashipur Sugar Mills Ltd.

-The Company Unit-Asmoli Division-Sugar has been certified with FSSC 22000 for manufacturing of Refined Sugar.

-The Company Unit-Asmoli Division-Sugar has been granted licence(s) to manufacture Pharmaceutical Grade Sugar Quality ICUMSA below 45 conforming to I.P / B.P / U.S.P specification.
