Toshika Chemicals (P) Ltd. was incorporated in the State of
Maharashtra on 19th August 1991 as a Private Limited
Company and converted into a Public Limited Company by
passing a special resolution in the Extra Ordinary General
Meeting held on 29th August, 1994 under the Companies Act,
1956 and obtained a certificate of change of name on 5th
October, 1994 on conversion. The company has at present
manufacturing facilities for Blue B Base with an installed
capacity of 100 MT p.a.

The Company was promoted by Mr. Sanjay Toshniwal, Mr.
Salim Kagalwalla and Toshniwal Industries Ltd. Mr. Sanjay
Toshniwal is the one of the core promoters of the Toshniwal
Group. The Toshniwal Group houses companies such as Lactose
(India) Ltd, Toshniwal Industries Ltd (earlier known as
Toshniwal Agrochem Ltd), Toshniwal Holdings Pvt Ltd., Black
Box Elmark Pvt Ltd and Toshniwal Exports Ltd.

The unit went into Commercial Production in June, 1994, and
now plans to increase its capacity to 480 MT p.a. and
concentrate on the production of Ortho Di Anisidine Di HCL.

-Kyra Landscapes has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 5/-
-The Company has changed its name from Aricent Infra Ltd. to Kyra Landscapes Ltd.
