Our Company was incorporated as ÂM. K. Sons Fine Jewels Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 12, 2012 issued by the RoC . Subsequently, our Company has acquired the entire running business with the assets and liabilities of M. K. Sons Jewellers, sole proprietorship concern of one of our Promoters, Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani vide Business Succession Agreement dated March 29, 2025. Consequently, business of this proprietorship firm was merged into the Company. Our Company was converted to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by Shareholders of our Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on January 19, 2026 and the name of our Company was changed to ÂM. K. Sons Fine Jewels LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 30, 2026 was issued by the RoC.

- Commencement of business by our Promoter, Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani,through the Proprietary Concern, M/s. M. K. Sons Jewellers
- Opening of first store at C.G. Road, Ahmedabad under the Proprietary Concern of our promoter Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani
2012
- Incorporation of the Company with its first store at Bandra, Mumbai.
2022
- Opening of second store at Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad under the Proprietary Concern of our promoter Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani
2024
- Opening of two more stores at Zaveri Bazaar, Mumbai and Andheri, Mumbai under the M. K. Sons Fine Jewels Limited.
2025
- Company took over the running business of the Proprietary Concern
2026
- Conversion of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited
