The Company was originally incorporated on February 11, 2005 as ‘Maiden Forgings Private Limited’, as a private limited company, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Later on, consequent upon the conversion of the Company into public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to “Maiden Forgings Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 02, 2022 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U29810DL2005PLC132913. Today; the Company is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer, exporter and supplier of all types of Bright steel bars, stainless steel bright bars & all grades of steel wires. We are backed by a strong infrastructural base, which is well equipped with latest technology, advance machines and equipment’s which assist us in maintaining the quality and quantity of wires. We have a strong focus on manufacturing process and have a full-fledged quality testing laboratory and well qualified and experienced personnel. All raw-materials and consumables are tested at various stages in manufacturing process as per stipulated standards to ensure good quality products which confirms to ISO standards. We operate from the Corporate Office located at E-201, Sector-17, Industrial Area, Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad201 002 (U.P.) (“Manufacturing Unit I”). The second manufacturing unit (“Unit II”) is situated at C-10, B.S. Road, Industrial Area, Ghaziabad and third manufacturing unit is situated at C-118 B.S. Road, Industrial Area, Ghaziabad (“Unit III”).
