The Company was originally incorporated on August 23, 1985 as “Milton Laminates Private Limited” vide Registration no. 008047/1985-1986 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Further the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from “Milton Laminates Private Limited” to “Milton Laminates Limited” vide resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 24, 1997 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 31, 1997 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Later, the name of the Company was changed to “Milton Industries Limited” vide Shareholder’s Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 23, 2007 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 3, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli pursuant to change in name of the Company.

1986

-Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of “Milton Laminates Private Limited”

-Acquire Land for setting up Unit - I for manufacturing of Laminates

1996

-Receive Certificate by Plastic and Linoleum Export Promotion Council for selection of the company as winner of second Top Export Award for the Year 1994-95

1997

-Conversion of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company. Consequently name of the Company has been changed from Milton Laminates Private Limited to Milton Laminates Limited.

2000

-Recognition of Export House from Director General & Foreign Trade of Goverment of India for three years commencing from 1st April' 99

2007

-Change in the name of the Company from “Milton Laminates Limited” to Milton Industries Limited.

2010

-Merger of group Company “Valley Valvette Private Limited” with Milton Industries Limited with acquisition of all Assets and Liabilities.

-Started production in Unit - II for manufacturing of Artificial Leather Cloth acquired in merger

2016

-Started manufacturing of GFRE Sheets/DGFRP/CCL/NAFTC in Unit II
