National Flask Industries Ltd. was originally incorporated as "Solvay Moulding Private Limited", a Private Limited Company, on October 19, 1987 which was subsequently converted into Public Limited Company with effect from February 01, 1995 with its Registered Office situated in
the State of Gujarat. The name of the Company was changed to the present name, viz., National Flask Industries Limited on June 28, 1995 after passing the Special Resolution at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 23, 1995 under Sections 21 & 31 of the Act and
receiving the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
The Promoters started the present unit in 1987 as a partnership firm in the name and style of M/s. Maruti Plastic Industries having its principal place of business at GIDC, Sarigam, Dist. Valsad. Subsequently, with the expansion of the business, they incorporated the Company in the year 1987 and the said Company took over the running business of the erstwhile partnership firm which was thus succeeded to by the Company.

The Company manufactures "Thermoware" products such as casseroles, jugs, flasks etc.
