2008

-Rane Engine Valve Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2008, inter alia, has co-opted Mr. Harish Lakshman, as Additional Director of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

- Declared a final dividend of Rs 4.50/- per equity shares of Rs 10 each on 5,150,992 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.

-The Company appointed Mr. S K Bhargava, Mr. Ashok Malhotra, Mr. C Prabhakar and Mr. P Jaganneth as directors of the Company.

2009

-Declared a final dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of Rs.10 each on 5,150,992 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up.

-The Company announced appointment of Mr. Harish Lakshman as director of the company.

2010

-The Company has inaugurated a new line for manufacturing engine valves for Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) farm equipment.

-Rane valves for Kappa engines of Hyundai Motor

-The Company has recommended to the shareholders a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

2011

-The Company has recommended to the shareholders a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share on the paid up equity capital.

-The Company has recommended to the shareholders a final dividend of Rs.3/- per equity share on the paid up equity capital.

-The Company Appointed Mr. Krishna Kumar Seshadri as Additional Director.
