Sanchay Finvest Limited is a Public Company incorporated on 06 September 1991. It is classified as Indian Non-Government Company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Gwalior. It is involved in Activities auxiliary to financial intermediation, except insurance and pension funding.[This Group includes activities involved in or closely related to financial inter-mediation other than insurance and pension funding but not themselves involving financial inter-mediation].

D S Sancheti Securities and Financial Services Ltd. is engaged in stock brocking activities and investment activities. The Company has been admitted as corporate member of M.P Stock Exchange Indore and the same has been confirmed by Securities' and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) w.e.f June, 1994.

The Company came out with a Public issue of 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 5/- per share aggregating Rs. 195 lacs.

To keep pace with the changed scenerio, the company now plans to diversify into various financial service sector i.e. Bills discounting, leasing, Hire Purchase, Portfolio Management etc. apart from entering into Secondary Market operations.
