Sujana Steels Ltd., which was incorporated on 2nd May, 1988 in the State of Andhra Pradesh, under the name Sujana Steel Re-Rolling Industries (P) Ltd. has been converted into a Public Limited Company on 4th April, 1992. The Company is an existing manufacturer of re-rolled steel products, i.e. rounds, flats, angles and steel for various diameters. The manufacturing facilities are situated at Bollarum Industrial Estate, Hyderabad. The Company, with the intention of manufacturing MS Ingots, the present raw material steel re-rolling, has recently acquired 2.50 tonnes induction furnace together with other equipments and assets. In order to balance the existing rerolling capacity, the Company proposes to add additional MS Ingots manufacturing of 3.50 tonnes to meet its total requirement of major raw material for re-rolling as a measure of backward integration to ensure continuous supply of raw materials to the existing re-rolling facilities. With the proposed expansion, The Company will have facilities. With the proposed expansion, the Company will have facilities to manufacture 88 tonnes per day (26,400 tonnes/annum) on 300 working days basis and 24,000 tonnes of re-rolled products.

- Sujana Metal Products Ltd (SMPL) has acquired three steel units namely Saritha Steels, Glade Steels and Sree Ganga Steels. These units are located at Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Chennai respectively.
