The Company was incorporated as Stove Kraft Private Limited on June 28, 1999 with a certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 and commenced its business on June 28, 1999. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the EGM on May 28, 2018, and the name of the Company was changed from Stove Kraft Private Limited to Stove Kraft Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued to the Company by the RoC on August 13, 2018.

- Granted trademark registrations for the brand Gilma

2003

- Granted trademark registrations for the brand Pigeon

2004

- Commenced manufacturing at the Baddi unit

2008

- SIDBI purchased 100 Equity Shares in the Company

- Received factory license for commencing operations for the Unit I at the Bengaluru Facility

2010

- Investment into the Company by SCI

- Recorded total revenues of more than Rs. 3,000 million

2011

- Recorded total revenues of more than Rs. 5,000 million

- Implemented SAP Business One at the manufacturing facilities

2013

- Bought and installed Roller Coating Line and Finishing Lines machine at the Bengaluru Facility

- Acquisition of manufacturing unit from Saya Industries

2017

- Best fill rate accreditation received from Flipkart for the Pigeon products list on Flipkart’s Big Billion Day

2018

- Achieved sales of 9.1 million total units in Fiscal 2018

2019

- Commenced the manufacture of Pigeon LED products at the Bengaluru facility

- Commenced the manufacture of inner lid cookers in the Baddi facility

2020

- Commenced the manufacture of infrared thermometers, floor mops and handy vegetable choppers and trading of pulse oximeters

-Company Expanded reach by launching the "Pigeon Exclusive Store" Concept.
