TASHI INDIA LIMITED (TIL) was incorporated on 07th June, 1985 as Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956, initially under the name TASHI TRADING AND FINANCE LIMITED with the object of carrying on Financing Business. Later, the name of the company was changed to Tashi India Limited w.e.f 07 th July 2014 and has been in operation under the same name since then. The Company is registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) since 20th April, 1998 as Non Deposit Taking Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ND). The Company has been categorized as Non-Systematically Important Non Deposit Taking Non Banking Financial Company (NBFCs-ND) as per Non Banking Financial (Non Deposit Accepting or Holding) Companies Prudential Norms Directions, 2007 of Reserve Bank of India. The main business activity of the Company is to carry on the business of Financing Industrial or other companies and enterprises and also to lend or advance money to individuals, both secured and unsecured. The Company is doing the lending activities to avail the benefits of financial opportunities in the present market conditions and for the further growth and profitability of the Company. The Company is committed to conduct its business in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations and highest standards of transparency.
