2003 - Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. B. K. Batra from the Board of Directors of the Company and has nominated Mr. S. G. Gulati, Executive Director, IDBI, on the Board of the Company, in place of Mr. B. K. Batra.

2004

-Mahavir Spinning Mills Ltd. acquires 2,237,054 shares of Vardhman Acrylics Ltd. amounting to 2.06%, increases its stake in Vardhman Acrylics Ltd. to 38.85%

2007

-Vardhman Acrylics Limited has appointed Mr. Kenichi Yamaguchi as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, in place of Mr. Chihaya.

2008

-Vardhman Acrylics Limited has appointed Mr. B. K. Choudhary, as the Managing Director of the Company. Earlier Mr.Choudhary was working as the President & Executive Director of the Company.

2009

- Vardhman Acrylics Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on January 22, 2009 has appointed Mr. Surinder Kumar Bansal as an Additional Director of the Company.


2012

- Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2012 has approved the proposal for Buy-back of Equity shares of the Company under first proviso to clause (b) of sub section (2) of section 77A of the Companies Act, 1956 with the following terms inter alia :- (1) Maximum Offer Size - Rs.25 Crores, (2) Maximum Offer Shares - 2 Crores, (3) Maximum Offer Price - Rs.12.50 per Equity Share.

2013

-Ms. Monica Sethi has been appointed as an additional director of the Company w.e.f. 23.05.2013.
-Vardhman Acrylics received Gold Trophy (Small) for the Highest Exports of Processed Yarns in Category II.

2014

-Mrs. Geeta Mathur has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from August 02, 2014.
