-Company is an ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 certified, was incorporated in April 1991 as a Private Limited Company and was converted to Public Ltd. by a Resolution passed on 28th December, 1994. GIIC had sanctioned financial assistance of Rs.67.00 lacs in April, 1992 to the company to set up a plant of Phthalocyanine Pigment Green-7 with an installed capacity of 110 MTPA. The company has started its commercial production in August, 1994. The product finds application in textiles, plastics, printing inks, rubber and leather industry. An additional capacity of 370 MTPA is envisaged in the project, making the total capacity of 480 MTPA. The project is promoted by Shri Harshad K. Patel, Harish K. Bhatt and Vasant B. Mazumdar. At present the promoters are holding 100% of the equity share capital of the company and after the public issue, the promoters together with the friends, relatives and associates will hold 56.48% of the expanded share capital.
