Subsequently the Objects of our company were changed vide Board Resolutions dated May 08, 2026 and Special Resolution passed by Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our company held on May 18, 2026. The fresh Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution Confirming Alteration of Object Clause was issued pursuant to special Resolution together with the copy of the Memorandum of Association as altered has this day been registered on June 03, 2026 by Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Subsequently corporate identification number of our Company was changed from U32109DL2022PLC404671 to U46522DL2022PLC404671.
