Pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on April 29, 2022, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Kalyani Cast-Tech Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation vide CIN U26990DL2012PLC242760 dated June 03, 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies,Delhi.
