The company was incorporated as a Public Limited company on 23th November 1994 under the name and style of Tatia Financial Services Limited (TFSL) and obtained the certificate for commencement of business on 9th December 1994. The name of the company has been changed to Tatia Financial Services Limited vide special resolution passed by the members at their Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on 26.12.1994. TFSL has been promoted by the Madras based Tatia Group to carry on a wide range of fund based and non-fund based financial services namely Investment, Lease finance, Hire Purchase finance, Bill Discounting etc.
