YEAR EVENTS
1994 - The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 28th
June, Vide Certificate of Incorporation No 11 - 79254 issuer by
the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.

- It was later converted into a Public Limited Company after
passing the required Special Resolution on 5th September, and a
fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on 22nd
September.

- The Company promoters by Mr. Balkrishna Goyal and Mrs. Navrati
Gupta.

1996 - The Company has come out with a public issue of 31,00,000 No. of
equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par aggregating Rs. 310 lacs.

1997-99 - NO NEWS

2000 - The Company has decided to allot 40 lacs equity shares of Rs.
10/- each at a premium of Rs. 15/- per share, to persons and
corporates on a preferential basis.


2003

-The company's shares will be delisted from Madhya Pradesh's MP Stock Exchange

2008

- Upsurge Investment & Finance Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2008, inter alia, has shifted the registered office of the Company from 19/16D, Fort Mansion, 2nd floor, British Hotel Lane, Mumbai 400 023 to Office No. 9, 3rd floor, 7/10 Botawala Building, Horniman Circle, Fort, Mumbai 400 001.

2009

-Mr. Hansraj Goyal has been appointed as additional director of the Company.

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from Office No. 9, 3rd floor, 7/10, Botawala Building, Horniman Circle, Fort, Mumbai 400 001to Office No. 303, Morya Landmark, Behind Crystal Plaza, Off. New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053.

2011

- Upsurge Shares and Securities Pvt. Ltd. is no more a Subsidiary of the Company, w.e.f. December 01, 2011, as the shareholding of the Company has came down to below 50%.

2016

-Company has Appointed Ms. Dipika Jadav as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company
