The Company was incorporated on March 3, 1997 as ÂApollo Micro Systems Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company, under the Companies Act, 1956 with the certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad. the Company was then converted into a public limited company on April 1, 2017 and subsequently the name of the Company was changed to ÂApollo Micro Systems LimitedÂ pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion issued by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Hyderabad. The corporate identification number of the Company is U72200TG1997PLC026556.

2006

- Supply of signal analyser cards to Naval Science and Technological Lab

2012

- Certificate of conformity with ISO 9001:2008 for design, development and manufacturing of electronic systems including hardware and software

- Certificate of registration as vendor of scientific instruments with Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur

2013

- Certificate of registration as vendor of electronics and control system with Defence Research and Development Organisation

- Certificate of registration as assembler, manufacturer, fabricator and serice contractor with Defence Electronics Research Lab, Ministry of Defence

2014

- Certificate of registration as manufacturer with Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam

- Certificate of registration as approved vendor for supplier of mechanical power transmission equipment, metalworking machinery etc. with Research Centre IMARAT, Hyderabad

2015

- Certificate for recognition of organizing National Level Vendor Development Programme the Company reached a turnover of M 100 crore

2016

- The Company got registered as a vendor of test equipment (outsthecing) with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited

- The Company received management system certificate for conforming the quality management system standard ISO 9001: 2015 for design, development and manufacturing of electronic systems including hardware and software.

2017

- the Company received the design approval certificate from Centre for Military Airworthiness and Certification

2018

-The IPO, to raise Rs 156 crore, received bids for 3,72,44,150 shares against the total issue size of 41,44,955 shares, data available with the NSE showed.

-The category set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 3.25 times, non institutional investors 1.58 times and retail investors 15.14 times.

-Price band for the offer has been fixed at Rs 270-275.

-Proceeds of the IPO, through which Apollo Micro Systems is estimated to raise Rs 156 crore, will be used to meet additional working capital and other general corporate purposes.

-Shares of the company will be listed on NSE and BSE.

2019

--Acquisition of 51% equity stake in Ananya SIP RF Technologies Private Limited.

-Mr. Karunakar Reddy Baddam, Managing Director of the Company has been awarded with the 'Best Entrepreneur Award' by the hands of Shri Malla Reddy Minister of Labour, Employment, Women and Child Development, Telangana on the occasion of Telangana State Formation Day on Sunday, 02nd June, 2019.
