The Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 on February 15, 2007 with the name and style of JHS Svendgaard Infrastructure Private Limited thereafter the name was changed to JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures Private Limited and fresh certificate of incorporation has been issued on December 29, 2016 by Registrar of Companies- NCT of Delhi and Haryana. Further, post the effectiveness of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger and Amalgamation among JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Limited (Demerged Company/ Transferee Company) and JHS Svendgaard Retail Ventures Private Limited (Resulting Company) and JHS Svendgaard Brands Limited (Transferor Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors, sanctioned by Hon’ble NCLT on August 10, 2023, the status of the Company was changed to a Public Limited Company and a fresh certificate of incorporation has been issued on 26th December, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies- NCT of Delhi and Haryana.
