The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, in the name of ‘Ridisha Marketing Private Limited’ and was granted a certificate of incorporation dated March 28, 2000, by the RoC. The name of the Company was changed to ‘Signatureglobal (India) Private Limited’ for undertaking real estate activities pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on January 6, 2014, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 20, 2014, was issued by the RoC pursuant to change of name. the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders on February 14, 2022, and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Signatureglobal (India) Limited’. A fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 10, 2022, consequent upon change of name and upon conversion to a public limited company was granted by the RoC. the corporate identification number is U70100DL2000PLC104787 and the registered office is situated at 13th Floor, Dr. Gopal Das Bhawan, 28 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110 001, India.

-The Company has Completed 100%  acquisition of GCPL paid-up share capital.

-The Company has executed a Sale Deed for acquiring a Land Parcel admeasuring approximately 16.12 acres situated at Sector 71,Gurugram, Haryana.
