Pursuant to a ... special resolution passed by the shareholders at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 09, 2022, our company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Influx Healthtech Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on May 23, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
