Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 23, 2023, and the name of our Company was changed from “Shree Refrigerations Private Limited” to “Shree Refrigerations Limited”.
